Shipping and Returns
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. U.S shipments will be shipped 1-3 day Priority Mail.
If delivery has been confirmed via USPS and you did not receive your package, you must file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Once you file a claim with USPS, the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address and proceed in process.
We will only resend or refund a package when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed during transit. We will not resend/refund any packages that indicate it was delivered.
If your package is RTS, USPS could take up to two weeks to process and return your package back to us. We may proceed with a refund or resend of the RTS package once we receive it.
Returns:
Your items are return eligible for exchange or store credit (only) within 48 hours of “delivered” package status. They must be unopened and unworn. Meal plans and workout programs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return postage if your return is accepted.
Items damaged upon receipt are eligible for return and store credit only.
Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Disputes:
No disputes are accepted. Please email us with issues concerning your order and we will assist within the guidelines of our shipping/return policy.
